Description:  Join Brandy Hempen in learning how to incorporate technology in the classroom without all the technicalities! Brandy has a master’s degree in curriculum and instruction and is currently working on her Ph. D. in technology integration; but most importantly she spends her days like you—IN the classroom! This easy, low prep workshop is designed to make the process of integrating technology as easy as possible. If you have even one or two, or possibly a class set of iPads, this workshop is for you! Learn how to incorporate technology in both small group and whole group instruction. In addition to this, many iPad applications will be showcased during the day with direct connections as to how they can be used in the classroom. With this workshop, you are sure to leave with ample ideas on how to use technology in your K-8 classroom to engage students in 21st century learning!
