Description:   Teacher self-care is important, and just surviving while counting down the days to the next break should not be the strategy used to power through. Teachers will learn about emotions that come with compassion fatigue and burnout and how to reset and re-energize to finish the school year strong! This workshop will give the opportunity to develop an understanding of self-care and the importance of taking care of themselves, strategies to use during the tough moments, and why this knowledge benefits the entire school system and their students. Filled with relevant strategies and presented in a way to avoid adding to the stress, take the time to start your self-care strategies by joining us for this workshop!

We strive to bring our educators excellent presenters and of course that comes with a cost. When our educators register to attend a workshop, we expect them to honor their intention to participate. As we move forward, there will be a charge of $125 for participants who register, but do not attend.
