Description:   As teachers, the demands of the job continues to grow, but the time to do those thinkgs remains the same. How can you do more without more time to do it? This book offers guidelines to find what matters most to you and helps you prioritize your tasks in order to actually do "fewer things, better." Let's read together to find ways to individually have better balance in our work and personal life.

Description from Amazon: Like most teachers, you want to use your life to make an impact - not only in the classroom, but in your family, community and the world. And yet, it feels impossible to have that focus when you're exhausted and overwhelmed. Throughout this book, you will learn how to disrupt the status quo by challenging school and culture norms. You'll discover how to create healthy boundaries, overcome feelings of self-doubt, release yourself from perfectionism, and decide what work/life balance looks like for you.
Each week participants will share one thing from the reading and will be able to reply to other participants through the use of Google Classroom. All readings must be completed and comments posted by June 25, at 5:00 p.m.
