Description:   We face many numerous challenges as we teach remotely: How can we manage the virtual classroom with a new group of students? How do we build a culture of collaboration to ensure students effectively connect and learn with one another? In this session, we will explore strategies to problem-solve those challenges and more! We will touch upon balancing the components of your math block and work through common digital challenges, such as embedding virtual math manipulatives and assessing student understanding. Added bonus? We will try out several tech tools that can be used to not only engage students, but support implementation of best practices when teaching mathematics.
