Description: Part 1: Connecting with Students Remotely (one hour)
Part 2: Classroom Culture (one hour)
Part 3: Teacher Self-Care (one hour)
 
As we work to develop successful classroom environments during distance learning, we are confronted with numerous challenges related to the Social Emotional well being of our students. How do we develop strong connections with students remotely? How do we build a classroom culture that supports students in their development of learner agency? How do we care for ourselves as teachers to ensure our own needs are met? Join us for a session filled with strategies on how to overcome these struggles in the remote environment and leave equipped with tools to begin implementing immediately!
