This workshop will provide fundamental knowledge and skills for superintendents and the learning community that include School Maintenance Grants, Annual Budgeting, Annual Statement of Affairs (ASA), Audit and Annual Financial Report (making sure AJE’s have been entered and accounts are cleaned up for new FY), Tax Levy Prep/Assistance, and Site-Based Expenditure Reporting (Questions/Deadline Approaching). |

| Bookkeeper Description: |
This workshop will provide fundamental knowledge and skills for bookkeepers that include a Basic Bookkeeper Guide which outlines daily, weekly, and monthly tasks and why these are important for financial purposes. More knowledge and information including Illinois Accounting Rules - Part 100, Fund Transfers, Cash Flows and Workbook Review, State Budget Form (Review of how to complete), Annual Statement of Affairs (ASA), Grant Expenditure Reporting and Due Dates, and FRIS System and Reporting. |
