This workshop will provide fundamental knowledge and skills for superintendents and the learning community that include Financial Forecasting, Budget Amendments, Grant Expenditure Reporting, Evidence-Based Funding (EBF), Grants (Listing of Funding Opportunities/Specific Grant Contacts), Audit and Annual Financial Report (Preparing for Auditors), and Site-Based Expenditure Reporting (Preparation for Reporting). |

This workshop will provide fundamental knowledge and skills for bookkeepers that include a Basic Bookkeeper Guide which outlines daily, weekly, and monthly tasks and why these are important for financial purposes. More knowledge and information including Illinois Accounting Rules - Part 100, Fund Transfers, Cash Flows and Workbook Review, State Budget Form (Review of how to complete), Annual Statement of Affairs (ASA), Grant Expenditure Reporting and Due Dates, and FRIS System and Reporting. |
