Did you know that if you support students in their literacy achievements, they will have better earning power and success understanding the adult world than those who struggle with reading? Did you know that every teacher is a reading teacher?  This training will give background knowledge on literacy; provide discussions about the need for making a literacy priority in the upper grades; and offer strategies to support students in comprehending and mastering the world of literacy.  Teachers will leave with ideas and strategies to support students in mastering any content. Come and learn the reason why reading is the key to open the doors for the students who are struggling.
