Description:

This session uses leadership as a focus using Jon Gordon's mini books to find ways to make leaders out of students.  Change the focus of the climate and culture of your school by making your students an active stakeholder in the atmosphere of your district. This session will help you improve student attitudes toward trust in their peers, leaders, and overall school system. By teaching students to be leaders in your district, you will find opportunities for students to become teachers, fostering new experiences and opportunities for everyone.  Students are the center of every school district and should be a participant in the dynamics and principles that set the foundation for how the school operates. Students need to be leaders, too!
